Responsibilities
- Taking a disruptive & impactful way of Influencer Powered Marketing to top brands & agencies
at scale. Building and executing strategy to get more brands to take up WORD’s marketing
services and solutions
- Connecting with Brand Managers and working on creative and data driven plans, campaigns.
- Ideating and churning creative pitches on branded content for prospective clients
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of client’s products/services and industry to inform
sound strategy and recommendations
- Effectively manage all daily tasks as well as guide development and education of Assistant
Strategist
- Assemble and assess media posts, post campaign analysis, and competitive reports to inform
future planning and rec
- Working with teams to ensure client’s campaign deliverables & objectives are creatively and
efficiently met
- Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations accordingly
- Participate in client communication and assistance to the sales team
- Partner with brand marketers, agencies and cross commerce into our campaigns
- Build briefs that inspire agency partners to create meaningful ideas rooted in consumer
truths and insights
- Apply critical thinking and decision frameworks to drive more strategic conversations
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of communication and brand strategy experience
- Experience in integrating strategy into communication plans, selling ideas to senior
leaders, managing innovative programs

- Partner with the creative team and developers to maintain a cohesive design and experience
throughout our product, providing expertise and mentorship.
- Lead a small team of Designers. Coach your team through reviews and feedback. Support their
UX/UI growth. Raise the capacity, skills and quality of user-centered design on your team.
- Exercise your expertise in performance, architecture, and object-oriented design to deliver
compelling customer experiences.
